Everyone! Classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, we
guide and encourage you to get the most out of every session.
Duration & Cost
Every session lasts a minimum of 1 hour
Outdoor 1-1 personal training : £35.00
In the gym 1-1 personal training : £35.00
Group Sessions - 60 minutes / Min 4 People - £7.00 per person
