At Work That Box, we help Leicester businesses recharge their teams with short, high-impact lunchtime fitness sessions — designed to improve energy, posture, and focus without disrupting the workday.
Our 25–30 minute sessions slot perfectly between meetings, needing no showers, no special kit, and no hassle. Just movement that makes your people feel better and work better.

Everyone! Classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, we
guide and encourage you to get the most out of every session.
Duration & Cost - Every session lasts a minimum of 1 hour
1-1 personal training : £35.00
Group Sessions - 60 minutes / Min 4 People - £7.00 per person
Monday 9.30-10.30 & Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm
