Group sessions keep you motivated and accountable, making it easier to push yourself and stay consistent. They create a fun, social environment where you can connect with others, share progress, and build confidence while working towards your goals together.
Who’s it for?
Everyone! Classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, we
guide and encourage you to get the most out of every session.
Duration & Cost - Every session lasts a minimum of 1 hour
1-1 personal training : £35.00
Group Sessions - 60 minutes / Min 4 People - £7.00 per person
Monday 9.30-10.30 & Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm ( from 4th September )
