About Me

For those who don’t already know me . . .

I’m 49 years young, a proud mum to two boys (17 and 19), and on a mission to build strength and muscle—not just for myself, but to inspire and support others on their own journeys with fitness, nutrition, mental health, mobility, and flexibility. I’m especially passionate about helping women navigate the challenges of perimenopause and menopause with confidence and strength.

I’m a newly qualified gym instructor and Personal Trainer. Fitness has been a part of my life for over 15 years, from strength training and group classes to personal training sessions and fun workouts with friends. Movement has always been my anchor, and now I’m excited to help others discover the same empowerment.

Right now, I’m personally navigating the unpredictable road of perimenopause, and my focus is on staying strong, healthy, and empowered. My goal is to help both women and men feel body confident, embrace lifting weights, and take control of their health and wellbeing.

Outside the gym, I’m all about family, friends, and making memories. I love to travel whenever I can, and I believe life is for living fully.
