Last Autumn / Winter Training Space
As the days get shorter and the weather cools, we’re moving indoors to a brand new dedicated training space for the autumn/winter season. This space has been designed to keep your training consistent, motivating and effective all year round.
Our group circuit classes will now be held indoors, giving you the chance to focus on building strength in a warm, supportive environment. Each session is built around free weights and functional movements, delivering a full-body workout that improves strength, stamina, and confidence.
Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to progress, our circuits are tailored to all fitness levels—challenging enough to push you, but always adaptable to your needs. Expect variety, energy, and plenty of encouragement as we train together through the colder months.
It’s the perfect way to stay active, strong, and motivated through the darker months — and of course, we’ll keep the atmosphere friendly and supportive, just as always.
